Ross

Ross Treleaven is an experienced Health Motivator, fitness and Wellness Coach. Having served in the Australian Defense Force for 6 years he has designed and applied programs for infantry soldiers in military fitness and rehabilitation training.

Health Motivated Warrior camps are designed with the skills and benefits of Functional Training, However, you would be mislead into assuming Warrior camps to be similar to the ‘standard issue’ army-style bootcamp.

"Warrior camps are about getting outside, exercising but most importantly having fun whilst also meeting other like minded people. We want to equip you with the skills and confidence to continue your healthier habits long after your exercise session is over"

Ross has worked as a Personal Fitness Coach in many highly-regarded institutions, and it was during his years of experience he became aware of a real need in the industry for a health and fitness group with a holistic approach to exercising.

A Health organisation that has accessible and up to date education and resources, real person experts passionate about what you want, accountability, and whose members are getting results and achieving their goals daily - and so Health Motivated blossomed.

"The first step to losing weight, increasing your fitness and living a more confident healthy life is being aware of your motivations and lifestyle behaviours. The way we feel about ourselves everyday is just as important as how many times a week we plan to exercise or what we choose to eat, Health should be the whole package".

As many of his motivated clients know, he is always excited to meet new people and is passionate about empowering you to achieve and keep your healthy resolutions and goals.

When he’s not training clients, you will probably find Ross around Sydney scuba diving, surfing, rock-climbing, go-karting or running with his chocolate Labrador ‘Ellie’.

Ross also speaks at Motivational seminars and workshops.

It relates to our emotions and reminds us of places and moments.
