Honey Pork Fillet with Asian Greens

Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients

  • 300 g pork fillet
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water or apple juice
  • 2 star anis
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 bunch steamed Asian greens such as bok choy or Chinese broccoli

    Method

  1. Heat a large heavy based pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Add the Pork fillet and brown for about all over for about 2 - 3 minutes until golden.
  3. Combine the honey, oyster sauce, water or juice, star anis and ginger then pour over the Pork.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Serve slices of Pork alongside the steamed greens.
