Honey Pork Fillet with Asian Greens
Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 300 g pork fillet
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 cup water or apple juice
- 2 star anis
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 bunch steamed Asian greens such as bok choy or Chinese broccoli
Ingredients
- Heat a large heavy based pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add the Pork fillet and brown for about all over for about 2 - 3 minutes until golden.
- Combine the honey, oyster sauce, water or juice, star anis and ginger then pour over the Pork.
- Cover and simmer for about 6-8 minutes.
- Serve slices of Pork alongside the steamed greens.
